Andre Lauzon

Andre Lauzon is the Chief Operating Officer at Hudbay Minerals, where they lead international operating teams and oversee business development, technical services, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Previously, Andre held roles such as Vice President for Hudbay's U.S. Business Unit and was a board member for both SNOLAB and MIRARCO. With a background in geology and mining, Andre has contributed significantly to various mining operations, including leadership positions at Vale and Kinross Gold Corporation. Andre holds a Master’s degree in Geology and Geostatistics from Laurentian University.
