André Bacalhau is currently the Azores regional manager and Outsystems Tech Lead at Ruption, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, André worked as a computer technician at Laboratório Regional de Veterinária and as an Outsystems developer at Theros Digital in 2020. André served in the Portuguese Air Force from 2015 to 2020, focusing on the protection of facilities and personnel. They recently pursued a Licentiate degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Aberta, completing their studies in 2024, and are furthering their expertise in web development through a program at IronHack.
