Swarnima Singh

Swarnima Singh began their work experience as an Assistant Sales Consultant at PolicyBazaar.com in 2019, where they assisted customers in selecting suitable health insurance plans. Swarnima then joined Ruptok Fintech in 2021, initially as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and later as an Assistant Manager in HR. In their HR role, they focused on talent acquisition, payroll processes, and employee engagement. Swarnima is currently working as an Assistant Manager in HR at SATYA Micro Housing Finance Private Ltd starting in 2023.

From 2014 to 2018, Swarnima Singh attended Babu Banarasi Das Institute of Technology and Management, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
