Rural ConneXtion Foundation (RCF) is a registered not for profit development organization that works towards integrated sustainable development of underprivileged people through a holistic approach.
RCF works together with the people as partners in finding solutions and creating the conditions to improve their living standards, and to achieve people’s aspirations towards a just and humanized life for individuals, families and their communities.
Mission
RCF’s mission is to uplift slums and rural communities through integrated sustainable development. 
How
We do this through integrated sustainable development, where the focus is not solely on education for children, but on developing and empowering complete communities. This includes various programs that enhance education, women empowerment, nutritional food, health and hygiene and skills- and economic development. 
Three key words in our approach are “Empowerment, Inclusiveness and ConneXtion”. We empower the people to empower themselves and the rest of the community. This approach is inclusive to every member of the community, so that no one is being left behind. And, even as the different programs are very much connected, we also connect with the people and encourage them to connect with each other.
Next to this, we work on a ‘low cost/no cost’ basis, which means that we will always strive for the highest output at the lowest cost. 
What:
RCF works to uplift slum and rural communities through a holistic and people-centered approach. Our initiatives focus on education for children, women’s empowerment, nutrition, health, hygiene, and livelihood skills. We believe real change begins when communities take ownership of their growth—so we work hand in hand with them to build dignity, equality, and sustainable livelihoods for all.
