Rural Inclusion Labs is a UK-based social enterprise on a mission to bridge the knowledge gap for rural communities across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the Pacific.

We believe that access to knowledge is the foundation of resilience. When rural families understand how insurance works, how to use digital financial services safely, and how to farm sustainably in a changing climate, they make better decisions, protect their livelihoods, and build a more secure future.

Since 2021, we have partnered with governments, development agencies, financial institutions, and civil society to deliver impactful digital learning solutions in 13+ countries and 16 languages, collaborating with over 40 organisations worldwide.

Our work spans three focus areas:
🌱 Inclusive Insurance Awareness = making insurance simple and relatable for rural communities and field agents
📱 Digital Financial Literacy = enabling the safe and confident use of digital financial services
🌾 Sustainable Agriculture = translating climate-smart practices into practical learning for smallholder farmers

We use our 3D Methodology (Develop, Digitise, Deliver) to co-create content with local partners, transform it into animated videos, audio dramas, and interactive tools, and reach communities through hybrid digital and offline channels.

As a certified Social Enterprise UK member, community impact is embedded in everything we do. Our sister non-profit, Rural Inclusion CIC, is a shareholder in the business, ensuring that the communities we serve remain at the heart of our model.
