Luke Ashley has extensive experience in operations management, primarily at Ruroc since November 2014, where roles have included Chief Operations Officer, Director of Operations, Buying and Merchandising Director, and Operations Manager. In addition, Luke owned RUROC GLOBAL HOLDINGS LIMITED from June 2015 to November 2019. Prior experience includes positions as Team Leader and General Assistant at Sainsbury's from December 2006 to November 2014. Luke holds a degree in Business and Management Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff, completed between 2009 and 2012, and completed A Levels at Sir Thomas Rich's Grammar School from 2000 to 2007.
