Lance Thompson

Lance Thompson is currently the Principal at Rush Education Hawaii, where they provide leadership and direction for educational programs. They also serve as the Senior Director of Coaching for Rush Hawaii and have extensive experience in athletic administration and coaching roles, including positions with Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club and NCAA. Previously, Lance held significant coaching and administrative roles, such as the Head Soccer Coach for Sporting Arizona FC, an Assistant Coach for the Turks and Caicos Islands Men's National Team, and an Associate Athletic Director at the College of Southern Nevada. They are pursuing a degree in Health and Physical Education/Coaching at Frostburg State University.
