Patrick Kehoe

Patrick Kehoe is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, legal counsel, and government relations, currently serving as Vice President for Regulatory Compliance at Rush Street Gaming, LLC, and Vice President & General Counsel at Rivers Casino & Resort since June 2022. As the owner of the Law Offices of Patrick Lewis Kehoe PLLC, since October 2020, Patrick specializes in casino gaming, sports and internet gaming law, and the federal Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, among other areas. Previous roles include Partner at Allen & Desnoyers LLP, Senior Vice President and General Counsel at The New York Racing Association, and Senior Assistant Counsel to New York Governor George E. Pataki. Patrick holds a Doctor of Law degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Siena College.
