Ben Wolfe

Ben Wolfe is an experienced leader in digital transformation within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital Transformation at Rush University System for Health since June 2021. His role encompasses the planning and execution of a multi-year digital strategy in collaboration with various stakeholders, oversight of digital delivery methodologies, and the establishment of processes to integrate digital capabilities across the organization. Prior to Rush University, Ben held the position of Principal Advisor at Impact Advisors, where Ben co-led the Digital Health practice and executed digital health strategies for large academic health systems. Ben's earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager at Northwestern Medicine, Architect of Clinical Applications at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center, Engagement Leader at Cerner Corporation, and Six Sigma Green Belt & Project Coordinator at Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. Ben holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems and International Business from Iowa State University and has participated in additional educational programs through CIMBA and ItalCultura.
