Serhii Simkovskyi

Serhii Simkovskyi started their work experience as a Senior Software Developer at Marine Transport Bank in July 2000. Serhii then joined Smartphoneware in April 2002, where they held the role of Lead Developer. During their time at Smartphoneware, they designed and developed mobile software for various operating systems such as Symbian OS, Windows Mobile, iOS, and Android. Serhii also served as the Founding Director of the company, hiring and training a small team of developers. Serhii successfully secured contracts with major companies like Nokia, Siemens, and Sony Ericsson, and their applications received several awards and recognition. In 2018, Serhii joined RUSH as a Senior Software Engineer, and later in October 2021, they were promoted to the position of Lead Software Engineer.

Serhii Simkovskyi obtained their Masters degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Odessa State Polytechnic University from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they earned the Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google Cloud in September 2020.
