Simon Thomas is currently the AI Principal at RUSH, where they lead the AI practice by building internal capabilities and designing AI services for clients. Prior to this role, Simon co-founded and served as CEO of The Learning Collaborative NZ, a social enterprise focused on improving educational outcomes for secondary school students. They also held positions at Fisher and Paykel Healthcare as an Assistant Product Development Engineer. Simon earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Auckland.
