Harry Braid MRICS has extensive experience in development and project management within the real estate sector. Beginning with an internship at Argent LLP, assisting in the Kings Cross Development, Harry then held significant roles such as Development Manager at Queensberry, focusing on repurposing Capital & Regional assets and conducting feasibility studies. Harry further advanced as Project Delivery Manager at CBRE, leading capital projects for Microsoft across EMEA, and managing projects for Deutsche Bank in London. Currently serving as Development and Investment Surveyor at RUSHBOND PLC, Harry previously managed major development schemes at Gleeds, including the £200m Yorkshire Energy Park. Academically, Harry holds a BSc in Geography from Newcastle University and a strong foundation in English Language and Literature from Brighton College.
