Rushd is a nonprofit mentorship program that bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world experience in Syria and the Arab world. We connect university students in their 3rd and 4th years with experienced professionals who guide, support, and empower them to enter the job market with confidence. At Rushd, we believe that knowledge is a trust to be shared, not kept. Through structured mentorship, learning sessions, and a growing network of mentors and mentees, we are building a community that learns, grows, and gives back — a generation that teaches as it learns.
