Matthew Lapane

Matthew Lapane has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently holding the position of Program Operations Manager at Rushford/Hartford Health Care since September 2021. Matthew also serves as a Recovery Support Specialist and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) at Hartford HealthCare and Rushford, respectively, starting in February 2019. Matthew is pursuing a Master of Arts in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling at Post University, with an expected graduation date in October 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Charter Oak State College, completed in 2021. Matthew's educational journey began at CT State Tunxis from 1998 to 2012.
