Cameron Smith

Cameron L Smith, PE, is a seasoned fire protection engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Fire Protection Engineer at Rushing since April 2020, Cameron previously held the position of Fire Protection Engineering Manager at McKinstry from January 2016 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing a design team and project workflows. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Fire Protection Engineer and Project Manager at AEGIS Engineering and McKinstry, respectively, overseeing project management and design specifications for fire protection systems. Cameron began the career as a Project Engineer at LVR Corporation and M.L. Dee & Associates after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
