Donterrio is a multidisciplinary product design leader, creative director, and educator with over 15 years of experience in delivering user-centered experiences across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Creative & Product Experience at RushLuxe, Donterrio leads AI-powered beauty tech initiatives while advocating for inclusive design principles. Previously, they managed audience experience at Lookingglass Theatre Company and held roles such as User Experience Lead at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Donterrio's academic background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and ongoing studies in UX/UI design at Northwestern University.
