Martin Bothier's work experience begins in 2009 with a 6-month internship in cost control at SFS intec, where they focused on cost reduction and transparency. In 2011, they had a one-year internship in two financial departments at Eurofins, working on operational and financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Carrières-Juridiques.com, a legal job search website that merged with Leaders League Group. In 2016, Martin Bothier co-founded Rushmix, a tech solution for e-commerce video creation, and still serves as the CEO. In 2017, they became a Founding Partner at Indiana Capital, a network of entrepreneurs that finances and supports innovative projects.

Martin Bothier attended Externat Sainte Marie from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained their Baccalauréat. Afterwards, they joined KEDGE Business School from 2008 to 2012, completing a Master en Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
