Rusker is a Barcelona-based company that designs and operates high-impact learning and connection experiences for schools, companies, and tech ecosystem actors.
We are the organizing company behind AI Summit Barcelona (scaling from 1,200 participants in 2025 to 7,000+ in 2026), and we apply the same operational rigor and ecosystem access to every program we build.
Our mission: turn every trip to Barcelona into a structured immersion—professional, human, and transformative.
We operate across three interconnected pillars:

Learning Expeditions & corporate seminars (Rusker Travel) — company visits, leadership encounters, workshops, cultural immersion, and structured learning journeys.
Professional events (Rusker Events) — conferences, side-events, workshops, and large-scale productions. Our flagship project is AI Summit Barcelona, which we design, produce, and execute from concept to on-site delivery.
Network & community (Rusker Network) — ecosystem animation, institutional partnerships, and TalentBoard Barcelona.

Embedded in Barcelona's ecosystem, we work directly with startups, scale-ups, VCs, public institutions, and schools to build tailored programs that match the real needs of each group.
Our approach is simple: well-designed experiences, direct ecosystem access, and reliable execution—from first contact to on-the-ground delivery.
With Rusker, Barcelona becomes a learning terrain for growth, connection, and real exposure.
