Shaun Wright has extensive experience in technical support and credit management, currently serving as a Technical Support Analyst at Russel Metals Inc since February 1995, specializing in Level 2 Helpdesk support and application management for various systems, including Cisco Unified Communication Manager and Microsoft Exchange Server. In addition to technical responsibilities, Shaun has also held the position of Credit Manager, overseeing accounts receivable and leading credit policy development. Prior to joining Russel Metals, Shaun worked as a Credit Representative at Atlas Alloys from 1992 to February 1995.
