At Russell & Stellar, we believe that growth begins with discovery. Of new markets, fresh opportunities, untapped partnerships, and bold potential. Our work driven by the conviction that the world is full of rich, yet-to-be-written stories and that exceptional spirits brands deserve a stage beyond their borders.

We help ambitious spirits brands scale internationally and forward-looking distributors strengthen their portfolios.

Our partners have held senior roles at both brand owners and distributors, with experience across Diageo, Campari, Rémy Cointreau, Pernod Ricard and brands like Hendrick’s Gin, Absolut, Jägermeister, The Macallan, Campari, Maker’s Mark, and Licor 43. That mix of perspectives gives us the edge to bridge strategy and execution.

What makes us different? Global insights from our proprietary AI tool covering 80+ spirits markets, a trusted network of distributors and brand owners worldwide, and hands-on expertise as both advisors and external commercial team.

More than a consultancy, we’re a global network of insiders and brand builders united by a passion for helping bold spirits stories cross borders.
