Elaina Tucci

Elaina Tucci began their career as a Summer Accounting Intern at Russo Development, where Elaina organized purchase orders and tracked labor hours. Elaina later transitioned into a Summer Marketing Intern role at the same company, assisting in the completion of corporate brochures and planning events. Elaina then joined HSBC Securities USA Inc as a Client Services Specialist, acting as a single point of contact for clients and traders regarding cash equity transactions. In their role as an International Settlements Officer, Elaina was responsible for reconciling cash and stock positions for Latin America and Canada. Elaina currently serves as the Senior Director of Marketing at Russo Development.
