Elliot Ferris is currently the Director of Leasing at Russo Development, focusing on commercial leasing across industrial, retail, and data center assets. Previously, Elliot served as Director of Leasing at The STRO Companies, leading a team responsible for a 4 million square foot industrial portfolio and executing over 2.3 million square feet of lease transactions. Prior to that role, Elliot worked as an Associate at CBRE, where they advised real estate investor groups on prime retail space and managed substantial lease negotiations. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from Fairfield University and has also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
