Jerry Moore

Jerry Moore has extensive experience in property management, currently serving at Russo Development since October 2018 in various roles including Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Leasing Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Leasing Consultant for Equity Residential from January 2012 to October 2018, where Jerry maintained occupancy rates above 95%, conducted property tours, and developed strong tenant relationships, earning recognition for Excellence in Sales in multiple years. Earlier, Jerry was awarded Top Performer in 2013 for the Boston/New England Region while also at Equity Residential, and served as a Marketing Intern at Simon Property Group. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Mitchell College. Skills include proficiency in MRI, LRO, and Google Docs.
