Bill Spaulding

Bill Spaulding serves as Group President of the Consumer Group at RPM International Inc. since September 2021, overseeing a diverse portfolio of brands including Rust-Oleum, DAP, and Zinsser. With a comprehensive career at Rust-Oleum Corporation beginning in June 1999, Bill has held various leadership roles, culminating in the position of President, North America. Previous positions include Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Global Sales Director for Home Depot. Bill Spaulding holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
