Jeff Stephens

Jeff Stephens serves as the Director of Product Management at Rust-Oleum Corporation since December 2016, overseeing strategic activities to develop a successful product portfolio in the Professional Brands and Roofing platforms, with a focus on pricing and go-to-market strategies aimed at achieving sustainable growth. Previously, Jeff held several positions at Rust-Oleum, including Senior Product Manager, Brand Manager, and Sales Trainer, where responsibilities spanned from brand strategy development to providing sales training and support. Prior to joining Rust-Oleum, Jeff gained experience at Sherwin-Williams Paints, taking on various roles such as Commercial Sales Representative and Store Manager, focusing on both commercial and residential markets. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement and Business Management from Western Illinois University and an Associate's degree from Harper College.
