Mark Hall

Mark Hall is an experienced procurement professional with a solid background in strategic purchasing and logistics. Currently serving as the Head of European Purchasing at Rust-Oleum since June 2011, Mark has held various senior roles in the procurement field, including Procurement Director at Ineos and VP Procurement & Logistics at Foamex. Previous positions also include Group Procurement Director at British Vita and Global Procurement Director at ICI Paints, where responsibilities spanned multiple procurement functions. Mark began a career in procurement as a Raw Materials Buyer at ICI Explosives and has continuously advanced through roles in global procurement and strategy. Mark holds a BSc with Honors in Agricultural Botany from the University of Glasgow.
