Mark Sadler has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the paint and coatings industry. Since joining Rust-Oleum Corp in September 1984, Mark has advanced from Chemist to Senior Chemist, and was promoted to R&D Project Manager in 2001. In this role, Mark oversees all aspects of new product development, including project execution timelines, formulations, production scale-up, process optimizations, and quality control testing. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from Loyola University Chicago, earned between 1980 and 1984, and graduated from Rolling Meadows High School from 1976 to 1980.
