Randy Mitchell

Randy Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Continuous Improvement, having held various managerial positions at companies including Rust-Oleum Corporation, McCormick & Company, Conagra Brands, and Pinnacle Foods. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement at Rust-Oleum since April 2021, Randy has consistently led CI projects and surpassed savings targets. Previously, Randy excelled in developing and implementing CI programs, training staff, and executing complex process improvement initiatives. Randy's expertise in improvement methodologies, lean manufacturing, and project management is supported by a solid educational foundation, including an MBA from North Central College and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pittsburg State University.
