Tim Nelson has extensive experience in sourcing and logistics, currently serving as the Director of Sourcing at Rust-Oleum Corporation since June 2014, after progressing through roles including Senior Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Manager. Prior to Rust-Oleum, Tim held the position of Operations Manager at Visual Pak, leading logistics operations and managing a team of 15-20 employees. Tim's earlier experience includes roles at Echo Global Logistics and JB Hunt Transport Services, where responsibilities involved developing RFPs and managing shipping for key accounts. Tim holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
