Mats Malmberg

Mats Malmberg is currently the Head of Culture and Learning at Rusta, a role they have held since 2022. From 2011 to 2022, Mats served as the Head of the Quality & Sustainability Department at Rusta, where they significantly improved product quality and sustainability practices over an eleven-year period. Prior to their time at Rusta, Mats worked at IKEA in various capacities, including as a Project Manager and as a member of the board for IKEA Trading South Europe. They also held leadership roles at Saab Bofors Dynamics and gained early experience in quality management at multiple organizations, including FMV and Carl Gustaf.
