Micaela Karsten

Micaela Karsten is currently an HR Manager at Rusta Finland Oy, where they work to implement effective human resource strategies. They hold a Master’s degree in Economics, specializing in personnel development, from Hanken, the Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki, and have pursued additional education in adult education at Helsinki University. With approximately 15 years of experience in human resource development, Micaela has previously worked as an HRD Specialist and Training Specialist at Stockmann, and as HR Manager and Learning & Training Manager for Marks & Spencer Finland/SOK, where they significantly contributed to customer satisfaction and staff development initiatives.
