Michael Guanella

Michael Guanella is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the food industry. Currently serving as CEO of Brazi Bites since November 2018 and as a Board Member at Rustic Bakery since December 2021, Guanella previously held the position of President at Justin's from May 2016 to October 2018, where significant achievements included leading Hormel Foods' acquisition and integration efforts. Prior to that, Guanella spent over a decade at Hormel Foods as a Senior Brand Manager, overseeing the profitable growth of one of the top-selling peanut butter brands in the United States. Earlier career roles include managerial positions at Wilsons Leather, Tennant Company, Marquette Financial Companies, Target, and Deloitte. Guanella holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton College.
