Brian O'Neil is the founder and president of Rustic Marlin Designs, a home décor and lifestyle brand that began with two handmade signs and now sells its products nationwide. They lead strategy, operations, and execution across supply chain, merchandising, and channel development, guiding the company from a garage startup to a vertically integrated high-tech manufacturing business. Prior to Rustic Marlin, they held leadership and sales roles at Natural Balance Pet Foods Inc (Senior Account Manager, 2008–2012), Atlantic Angler (Owner, 2004–2008), and Suncor Stainless (National Account Manager, 2002–2005), building a track record in growth, training, and market expansion. They studied at Keene State College from 1995 to 1999.
