Melanie O'Neil

Melanie O'Neil is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Board Member for South Shore Young Professionals since July 2023, Melanie is also the Founder and President of Rustic Marlin Designs, a business inspired by DIY projects for weddings and home renovations. Prior to this, Melanie held leadership roles at IdeaPaint as Director of Strategic Initiatives, at SwervePoint, LLC as Director of Operations & Administration, and at Reebok in various marketing capacities, including Marketing Manager and Global Marketing Specialist. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Corporate Administration from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree from Stonehill College.
