Kyle Donahue has extensive experience in both outdoor safety and program management, currently serving as a Ski Patrol member at Mount Hood Meadows since November 2018, focusing on guest safety through preventative and rescue operations. Previously, Kyle held roles as a Program Leader at Rustic Pathways and Program Manager at Alaska Mountain Guides, where significant increases in tour numbers were achieved while ensuring guest safety and engagement. Experience also includes a position as Partner Support Representative at Uber during a critical growth phase, and as Coordinator of International Relations for Tsuruta Yakuba, promoting international connections. Early career experience involved working as a Mechanical Engineer at Selco India, assessing the needs of local communities. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University, earned in 2012.
