The Education and Training Team at Rustic Pathways is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for trip leaders and facilitators. They focus on enhancing educational experiences by integrating leadership skills, environmental awareness, and cultural competency into travel programs. Additionally, the team supports climate fellowships and ensures that guides are equipped to provide enriching and safe experiences for high school students and gap year travelers.
