Darrell Christensen

Darrell Christensen is an experienced professional in quality control and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement and Quality Control Manager at Rustica Hardware since August 2019. Prior to this role, Darrell held various positions at Little Giant Ladder Systems from July 2014 to August 2019, including Senior Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement, where responsibilities involved developing a quality manual and enhancing quality output through systematic support. Earlier experience includes serving as Supply Chain Manager at Latham Pool Products from October 1999 to June 2014, overseeing purchasing, materials sourcing, and cost reduction strategies. Darrell also worked as a Property Manager at Glenwood Intermountain Properties from October 1984 to October 1997, where responsibilities included budgeting, personnel management, and property operations.
