Himanshu Kumar is currently a Team Lead in Sourcing at Rustomjee, where they manage a team and have expertise in channel sales, generating over 200 crore in revenue for fiscal years 2024-2026. Previously, Himanshu held several roles at Rustomjee that showcased their negotiation and business development skills, achieving significant revenue milestones and numerous awards for outstanding performance. They also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Tata Housing Development Company and held various positions at Lodha, where they were recognized for exceptional sourcing and sales capabilities. Himanshu holds a PGDM in Marketing from ITM Group of Institutions and an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
