Rohit Prasad

Rohit Prasad has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Rohit currently holds the position of Associate Vice President - Business Development at Rustomjee since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Visiting Faculty at the Real Estate Management Institute, teaching courses on redevelopment.

From 2018 to 2021, Rohit worked at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. as the Head of Land Acquisition (Navi Mumbai) & Redevelopment (MMR). In this role, they were responsible for business proposal procurement, risk mitigation strategy, project execution, and legal agreements.

Rohit Prasad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the London School of Business and Finance LSBF, which was obtained from 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Glasgow Caledonian University, which was completed between 2002 and 2008. Rohit also completed their A-Levels (12th std Science stream with Computer Science) from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 1998-1999 and their 10th standard (Science stream with Computer Science) from the same school in 1996-1997. In addition to their formal education, Rohit Prasad has obtained various certifications, including a Level 3 Certificate in Investments from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in 2009 and an Advance Diploma in Computer Software and Hardware from Cosmos Computers Institute, University of Mumbai, India. Rohit has also obtained several certificates of appreciation and participation for their contributions to various projects and organizations.
