Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith has an extensive career in the restaurant industry, spanning over four decades. From 1983 to 2009, Daniel served as Vice President at Claim Jumper Restaurants. Following this role, Daniel became a Joint Venture Partner at Bonefish Grill from March 2014 to October 2015. Daniel then took on leadership roles at CrossFit Valley Center as Founder/Owner from January 2010 to June 2013, and later as Chief Operations Officer at Sammy's Woodfired Pizza from September 2011 to March 2014. Daniel also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Ruby's Diner, Inc. from September 2010 to October 2011, and worked as an Operating Partner for Segovia-Aslan | Pieology Pizzeria from October 2015 to September 2017. Since September 2017, Daniel has been the Chief Operating Officer at Hopdoddy Burger Bar, and currently holds the title of President at Rusty Taco, starting in May 2024.
