Ruth & Co. is an independent, woman-owned design consultancy based in Albany, NY, specializing in brand strategy, visual identity systems, and integrated communications that inform, inspire, and endure.

Since 2010, we’ve partnered with organizations across higher education, the performing arts, the public sector, and corporate industries to create designs that move people and the needle.

Our work includes:

• Branding & Identity Systems – Logos, typography, and visual architectures that build recognition and trust.
• Campaign Development – Print and digital outreach that builds audience momentum with on-point messaging.
• Publications & Reports – Publications that execute brand strategy with visual and narrative storytelling.
• Advertising & Exhibitions – Multi-channel campaigns and environmental graphics that captivate audiences.
• Packaging & Web Design – Cohesive, scalable assets that bring every brand touchpoint to life.

We believe clients achieve the best results when they work directly with the
creative lead. Our hands-on, designer-to-client partnership ensures clarity, agility, and a dynamic exchange of ideas from the first conversation through the final deliverable.

By drawing on a curated network of specialists (writers, photographers, filmmakers, developers, and printers), we flex to meet the scale and scope of every assignment.

The result: precise, persuasive, and beautiful communication that connects brands with both current and untapped audiences.

Founder and Creative Director Ruth Sadinsky brings more than three decades of design, marketing, and entrepreneurial experience, leading award-winning work recognized for its clarity, creativity, and impact.

Before launching Ruth & Co., she spent 18 years as an art director and project manager for nationally recognized agencies serving the higher education, healthcare, and performing arts sectors.

Ruth & Co. is proudly certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) in New York State.
