Bill He

Bill Bill has a long and varied work experience. In 2014, they were a Co-Founder and Project Chair of The REFresh Initiative, a Tech Intern at MakerLABS.ca, and a Product Manager at PennOrb, where they coded in C++ and Python and ran a server and data aggregation on the Google Cloud Platform. In 2015, they were a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania and an intern with Leap Skills' Penn International Internship Program (IIP). In 2016, they were a Summer Software Analyst at The Blackstone Group. In 2017, they were a Program Manager Intern at Microsoft. In 2018, they were a Software Engineering Intern at Google. In 2019, they were a Software Engineer at Google. Bill is currently a Software Engineer at Rutter, a position they have held since 2022.

Bill Bill attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Engineering. During this same time period, they also attended The Wharton School, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics in Entrepreneurial Management, Operational Informations and Decisions. In 2018, they began attending Tsinghua University, where they are currently studying Economic and Management and Computer Science.
