Jeff Polster

Jeff Polster has a diverse range of work experience. Jeff started their career at TD as a Credit Analyst in 2013. Jeff then worked as an Engineering Summer Student at Valard Construction LP in 2014. After that, they joined Valard Construction LP as a Project Coordinator E.I.T, where they supported the ROW and Access Team and developed processes and tools for business development.

In 2017, Jeff moved on to High-Q Design LTD as a Mechanical Design E.I.T, where they developed cost-effective designs for equipment and completed product designs using SolidWorks 3D CAD software. Jeff then worked at Edmonton Aluminum Castings Ltd. as a Project Manager, overseeing the move of their foundry to a larger facility and coordinating installation and construction.

Jeff's entrepreneurial side led him to co-found Capra in 2021, where they served as the Chief Design Officer and focused on creating innovative products for coffee brewing. Jeff also worked at RUX as a Research & Product Design professional, where they developed prototypes and designed products to store and move various items.

In 2023, Jeff joined Jackalope Bikes as a Design Lead, further expanding their design skills. Overall, Jeff has a strong background in product development, design, project management, and business development across various industries.

Jeff Polster obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
