Isa Los

Isa Los has a diverse work experience history. Isa started their career as a Topsporter (Atleet) at NOC*NSF in 2017 and continued until 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Topsport lifestyle coach at Gemeente Amsterdam, CTO Innovatieteam, where they guided and had conversations with young athletes on various lifestyle aspects.

In 2020, Isa worked as a Scriptiestudent (8) at DPA Professionals, conducting research on improving the well-being of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Isa developed a training program based on their findings.

Isa then transitioned into the field of recruitment and HR. Isa worked at Calandlyceum Amsterdam as a Gespreksbegeleider voor jongeren, providing guidance and conducting conversations with young people on topics such as planning, school issues, and personal development.

Isa gained recruitment experience at Rvdb, where they held multiple roles, including Recruitment Interim Professional and HR Recruitment Consultant a.i. Isa interviewed and selected HR Young Professionals, focusing on roles such as HR officer, HR advisor, and HR business partner.

Joining Isa's recent experiences, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on recruitment strategies and stakeholder management. Isa also had roles as a Recruiter a.i. at NN Investment Partners and Goldman Sachs, where they handled the recruitment process and collaborated with various stakeholders.

Additionally, Isa worked as a Trainer RTC Softbal-Zuid-West-Nederland at Regionaal Talenten Centrum (RTC), delivering sports-specific and mental training to young athletes.

In their earlier career, Isa took on various part-time jobs at Appeltje, Kruidvat, Carint Reggeland, Axender, and Flexwerf, which involved tasks such as sales, customer service, and assisting the elderly.

Isa Los completed their Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2017. Isa Los also attended Lyceum de Grundel before their university studies, where they completed their Havo degree in 2016.
