Isis Ramler

Isis Ramler has a diverse work experience in HR and related roles. Isis started their career as a VR operator, host, and technical assistant at EYE Filmmuseum, where they facilitated a VR project focused on raising awareness about the treatment of refugees. Isis then worked as a project recruiter at YoungCapital and as a recruiter at Picnic supermarkets, where they managed the selection process for their fulfillment center. Isis also gained experience as a stagiair personeelszaken at Young Digital Leaders. Isis worked as a wijkverpleeghulp and sollicitatie expert at Emile Thuiszorg, where they were responsible for providing personal care and assisting with the recruitment and selection process. Isis later worked as an HR business support officer at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and as an HR-coördinator at Rituals. Isis then joined Johan Cruijff ArenA as an HR adviseur before becoming an HR Interim Professional at Rvdb, where they worked on various assignments and focused on personal development through training and coaching. Currently, Isis is working as an HR adviseur a.i. at BAUHAUS - Nederland through Rvdb.

Isis Ramler attended the University of Amsterdam from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie (Work and Organizational Psychology).

Isis then went on to pursue a minor in Brain and cognition psychology at the University of Sussex from 2018 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Isis pursued a Master's degree in Consultancy & Organisational Development at the University of Amsterdam.
