Lotte Smit

Lotte Smit's work experience includes roles in various organizations. Lotte started their career as a Winkelmedewerker at Kruidvat in 2014 and then worked as a Medewerker verkoopklaar broodafdeling at Albert Heijn from 2015 to 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Member of the acquisition committee at Fractie Front. In 2020, they served as an Externe voorzitter at Active TSB, where they represented and advocated for the interests of the active students at the University of Tilburg. At The HEINEKEN Company, Lotte worked as an HR stagiaire from 2022 to 2023, providing overall support to the HR team and working on various projects. Currently, they are working at Rvdb as an HR Interim Professional/Trainee. Additionally, they will be starting a role as L&D en Talent Acquisition a.i. at Kuehne+Nagel in 2023.

Lotte Smit's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at Oostvaarders College for their VWO degree. Lotte completed their VWO program in 2017. Following that, Lotte attended Tilburg University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Organisatiewetenschappen. Currently, they are pursuing their Master of Laws (LLM) in Labour Law and Employment Relations at Tilburg University, which they started in 2021. Additionally, Lotte has obtained certifications in burgerschapsvorming and holds a VWO-diploma from Oostvaarders College.
