Max de Wit

Max de Wit is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in project leadership and process optimization. Currently serving as an HR Project Adviseur at Pels Rijcken, Max leads the implementation of AFAS Profit HRM & Payroll and oversees the modernization of secondary employment conditions. Previous roles include HR Interim Professional at Rvdb, HR Project Medewerker at America Today, and various positions involving HR administration and recruitment consultancy. Max holds a Master of Science in Beleid, Communicatie & Organisatie from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management and a Minor in Train the Trainer from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
