Caitlin Phillips

Caitlin Phillips is the Head of Internal Communications at RVU, where they drive culture, engagement, and transformation through strategic storytelling. Previously, they served as an Executive Communications Partner at Indeed, advising executives and creating tailored communication strategies for over 13,000 employees. Caitlin also has experience as an Internal Communications Manager at Airbnb, where they developed the organization's first internal communications strategy. Earlier roles include communications positions at NetApp and PubPow, where they significantly enhanced employee engagement and communication channels. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado Boulder and has completed a Women in Leadership course at Stanford University.
