Colin Loth

Colin Loth is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership and business development within the recruitment industry. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at RVU UK since May 2019, Colin has previously held significant roles including Head of SoW Solutions and Continental European Business Development at Resource Solutions, where responsibilities included developing Statement of Work offerings and establishing sales teams across Europe. Prior to that, Colin was Managing Director for Robert Walters in London and the South East, overseeing full P&L responsibilities for various business units. Additional experience includes serving as Operations Director and Head of the Legal Business Unit at Badenoch & Clark. Educational credentials include a BA in History from the University of Nottingham, a business administration course at Harvard Business School, and participation in leadership masterclasses at Henley Business School.
