Hereward Mills

Hereward Mills is a Senior Software Engineer at RVU, having joined the company in April 2023. Prior to this role, Hereward served as a Consulting Principal at Softwire from July 2013 to March 2023 and worked as a Graduate Manufacturing Systems Engineer at Delphi Diesel Systems between January 2011 and May 2013, focusing on system design and integration, including software development for data analysis and production lines. Earlier experience includes a role as a Technology Scholar at Cambridge Consultants from September 2005 to September 2009, where responsibilities included writing tests and maintaining documentation for microprocessors. Hereward holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford, completed in 2010, and graduated from Bedford Modern School in 2005.
